FNB eBucks and Clicks are pleased to announce an expansion of their existing partnership, extending healthcare benefits to FNB Easy customers—both Easy PAYU and Easy Bundle account holders—through Clicks Clinics. As part of this initiative, qualifying FNB Easy PAYU customers will receive vouchers valued at R80 per voucher, while Easy Bundle customers will benefit from vouchers worth R120. These vouchers can be used to help cover a range of essential healthcare services, including immunisation, baby consultations, minor ailment consultations, screening tests, and family planning.
To qualify for these quarterly Clicks Clinic vouchers, FNB Easy customers must deposit their salaries into their respective FNB bank accounts and meet the following transaction requirements: they must swipe their FNB debit card for a minimum of R250 per month at any retailer and make at least one purchase at Clicks per quarter. This qualification period begins on 1 April 2025, with the first vouchers becoming redeemable from 1 July 2025 at any of the 220+ Clicks Clinics nationwide. Vouchers will remain valid for six months from the date of allocation and can be accessed via the voucher wallets on the FNB Banking App or through Cellphone Banking. Customers can also seek assistance from FNB advisors at service suites and branches for further guidance.
Lytania Johnson, CEO of FNB Personal Segment, highlights the significance of this initiative:
“Access to affordable healthcare remains a challenge for many South Africans. As a trusted financial services provider, we are committed to delivering meaningful solutions that support our customers at their point of need. In collaboration with our long-standing eBucks partner, Clicks Group, we sought to bridge the gap in primary healthcare access for underserved communities across both rural and urban areas. Given the current economic climate, we recognize the financial pressures faced by our customers and remain dedicated to providing impactful support that makes a real difference in their daily lives.”
Dr Melanie van Rooy, Chief Marketing Officer at Clicks Group, echoes this sentiment:
“With over 220 Clicks Clinics nationwide, we are dedicated to providing holistic primary healthcare solutions to South African families. Partnering with like-minded brands such as FNB eBucks enables us to expand our mission of making healthcare more accessible and affordable. Our nursing practitioners are passionate about delivering quality care and valuable advice, ensuring that customers receive the support they need, regardless of their healthcare concerns.”
As South Africa’s leading health, beauty, and wellness retailer—and the largest retail pharmacy chain—Clicks has been an integral part of the FNB eBucks Rewards programme since their initial partnership in April 2020. Pieter Woodhatch, CEO of eBucks, emphasizes the customer-centric nature of this collaboration:
“Our goal is to provide tangible value to our customers, particularly during challenging economic times. By working closely with a long-standing, like-minded partner such as Clicks, we are able to refine our rewards programme to better meet the evolving needs of South Africans. This initiative not only helps customers stretch their budgets but also ensures they have improved access to essential healthcare services.”
Johnson concludes:
“FNB’s expanded lifestyle partner ecosystem is designed to provide financial and lifestyle solutions that are both meaningful and impactful. Through this exclusive Clicks Clinic voucher offering, we are reinforcing our commitment to enhancing our customers’ healthcare access while helping them manage their expenses more effectively.”
