Having gained strong traction since launching in South Africa just a year ago, Jetour is now taking the nexT step, building a true sense of community among its customers and offering lifestyle benefits that go beyond car ownership. Last week saw the official launch of the Jetour Owners Club in South Africa, marking the 20th Jetour Owner Club globally, with over 60 000 members worldwide.

“Jetour has enjoyed incredible growth in South Africa over the past year, and we’re proud of the loyalty we are seeing from our customers. The launch of the Jetour Owners Club is the natural next step in building that connection, giving our customers a platform to engage with the brand, share their experiences, and become part of a growing community,” says Nic Campbell, Vice President of Jetour South Africa. “For a young brand like Jetour, how we treat our customers, together with the quality of our vehicles, is what is really differentiating us from the competition”.

Jetour entered the South African market in September 2024 and has already secured a place among the country’s top 15 automotive brands, with sales of their 5-seater Dashing 7-seater X70 Plus, outperforming many long-established players in the local market. October sees the launch of the brand’s first all-wheel drive SUV T-series, with these new additions offering comfort, safety, and world class technology, while underscoring Jetour’s promise of feature-packed vehicles and attainable luxury. Earlier this year also saw Jetour awarded Gold Status in the 2025 National Automobile Dealers’ Association (NADA) Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey, a significant milestone within its first year of launching locally.

To gain more insights from their emerging customer base, Jetour conducted research earlier this year to find out more about the likes, dislikes, expectations and opinions of their customers. “Safe, luxurious, and excellent value for money; affordable yet packed with features; stylish and comfortable; high-spec technology at a competitive price; and a true showstopper” were just a few of the comments received. When asked about the features of the Jetour brand that surprised customers the most, the technology and infotainment was the most frequently mentioned response, with price being another feature that pleasantly surprised a significant number of customers.

“We believe in direct dialogue with our customer base. We listen to their ideas and feedback and use that to continuously improve our products and services. That’s one of the key reasons Jetour has grown so well as a new brand.
With these exciting new models being launched next month, the value of this dialogue between Jetour and our customers, and the premise of the Owners Club, will become even more evident,” says Campbell.
Jetour believes in more than just vehicles; they believe in creating an exciting, customer-focused experience that goes beyond the ordinary. The brand’s mission is to deliver adventure, comfort, and a sense of togetherness for every customer, building a community where individuality is celebrated and joy is at the heart of everything we do.

Since the brand’s launch, Jetour has hosted customer days in many provinces as a way of getting to know their customers, sharing experiences and cultivating a sense of community. This has included the Jetour Festival held in Johannesburg in May, which had over 3 000 customers and partners come together to enjoy the best of South African musical talent, delicious food and an opportunity to learn more about the brand itself.

“These events reinforce our commitment to creating memorable experiences that go beyond just driving – it’s about building lasting connections and celebrating the Jetour community, a commitment we’re strengthening through the Owners Club” Campbell says.
The Jetour Owners Club offers members exclusive service discounts, access to special events, and tailored deals on merchandise, accessories, and experiences, in partnership with a growing network of retail, hospitality, and travel brand partners.

They offer more than just products – they offer opportunities and exclusivity through aspirational experiences, tailored to the unique needs and dreams of their customers. From exclusive events and limited editions to personalised modifications, they aim to create an atmosphere that feels festive and full of life.
Their commitment to learning and innovation ensures that each experience is new and unique, aligning with their brand-focused vision to offer customers more than just a vehicle – but a lifestyle. They not only build cars, but a platform for togetherness, where every journey is a shared adventure.

To sign up, go to the Jetour Owners Club South Africa page on Facebook, fill in your name, Jetour vehicle VIN number and join the ever-growing Jetour family, as the brand embarks on this next chapter in adventure, travel, entertainment, and exclusive perks. The first 500 owners to sign up will also receive a Jetour-branded jacket from the brand’s latest apparel collection.
